General Information

All product is custom made at the receipt of order. All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All orders are freight on board Art Classics Ltd., Trenton, Il. 62293 Small Packages Shipped Via FedEx Will Have a Variable Rate Based on Size. Large Pieces or Orders Ship Via Semi Truck, Minimum Freight Charge of $165. Accessorial such as Liftgate $75 and Residential Charges $75 are not included. Orders are generally shipped 3 to 5 weeks from receipt of order. This is not guaranteed.

Terms & Credit

Terms are 100% Down(Credit Card or Check) with balance due for shipping.  All non-sufficient funds checks will be charged an additional $30.00. No new order will be shipped on account past due over 45 days. In addition,the customer is liable for all costs incurred during collection including attorney fees. No unauthorized deductions will be honored without prior approval from our credit department.

Damage & Return Policies

All Claims for damage must be filed within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Inspect your goods upon receipt. If damage does occur, it is essential to save the original merchandise and packaging for inspection and pick-up. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Art Classics Ltd. Return merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any returned merchandise must be freight prepaid by customer.
